Sodium percarbonate is a white, granular solid which decomposes in an aqueous solution to hydrogen peroxide and sodium carbonate. It's used - in the formulation of bleaching and cleaning agents (oxygen-releasing) with stain and mildew removing capabilities, laboratory reagent, and germicides.
